Jerry Craft co-founded Corserv in 2009 and serves as the CEO, providing industry, strategy, and financial leadership.
Jerry was previously the founder and President of InfiCorp and InfiBank, Division President of First Data Resources, and CEO of Wachovia’s credit card bank where he led its growth from $.25B to over $4B in credit card loans.
Jerry has served on key Visa, and Mastercard committees, as Chairman of Merchant Bank Services, as a member of the Federal Reserve’s Consumer Advisory Council, and as Chairman of the Bank Card Committee of the American Bankers Association.
Mr. Craft graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science.
Keith Floen co-founded Corserv as Chief Marketing Officer in 2010 and leads client business development and sales activities for the Company.
Previously, he was Managing Director at First National Bank of Omaha responsible for leading the Agent Bank, Co-brand & Affinity credit card businesses with a $2 billion loan portfolio serving over 700 partnerships. Mr. Floen began his career working for community financial institutions and later served hundreds of community financial institutions by developing and delivering payment systems products and services for them.
Keith earned his Masters of Management from the J. L. Kellogg School, Northwestern University.
Ray Costner co-founded Corserv as Chief Technology Officer in 2009 and manages Corserv’s systems development, network and data center operations.
Prior to joining Corserv he was Managing Director of Systems and Operations at InfiCorp where he was one of the company founders. His team managed systems development, network and data center operations as well as outside technology providers. And prior to joining InfiCorp he was SVP and Center Manager for Wachovia Bank Card Services. At Wachovia he also managed the development of the FBS Software system which is still used today for credit card processing by FIS and major banks worldwide.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Charles (Charlie) Hegarty joined Corserv in 2010 and serves as a Sr. Advisor sharing his experience in financial services, marketing, risk management, sales, contract negotiations, client relations, purchasing/selling credit card portfolios, and system conversions.
Previously, he was an Executive Vice President at Wachovia Bank (President of their credit card subsidiary) responsible for credit card, home equity, mortgage loans, collection and call centers. He was also the senior manager for over 1,000 partnership relationships at First USA Bank. Other experience included responsibility for sales, client relations, and marketing for TSYS Acquiring Solutions and managing the credit card portfolio for the Belk Department Stores private label credit card portfolio.
Clay Battle co-founded Corserv as a Senior Advisor in 2009 to provide guidance to the Company in the areas of strategy, finance, legal, compliance and regulatory relations.
Previously she was Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Executive Officer of InfiCorp and InfiBank NA- subsidiary credit card companies of First National of Nebraska. Ms. Battle began her career at First Atlanta/Wachovia Corporation, where she held various executive positions including Chief Financial Officer of Bank Card Services, Senior Vice President of Merchant Services and Controller of Wachovia Bank of Georgia.
Clay earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.
Missy Martin joined Corserv in 2012 and is the Chief Financial Officer. As CFO for Corserv, she leads client portfolio analytics and supports the Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources functions for the Company.
Previously, she was a turnaround consultant at Alvarez & Marsal providing strategic planning, financial forecasting and interim management services. She began her career at Keefe Bruyette & Woods (KBW), a boutique investment bank offering buy and sell-side M&A advisory as well as capital raising services for financial institutions.
Missy earned her Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University.
Joel Herron joined Corserv in 2013 and is the Chief Operations Officer. As COO for Corserv, he leads Corserv’s Operations, which include Client Relations, Project Management, Processor Integration, and all cardholder servicing functions.Previously Joel spent two years creating and directing the Project Management Office for Georgia’s Own Credit Union. Joel also spent five years with InfiCorp. where he was the Director of Project Management, leading over 100 projects each year, including an average of 20-30 credit card portfolio acquisitions. Joel brings additional experience from his tenure with Robbins Gioia, CitiBank, GE Capital and TSYS.
Joel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia, and is PMP certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
David Luther joined Corserv in 2017 as the Chief Business Officer.Previously David has pioneered and grown eCommerce and payment technology businesses as an executive for Mozido, Distra, Brokat, and S1. David was a key leader for fund raising, rapid revenue growth, and successful exits.
David has also led the banking and payments global solutions for Fortune 500 companies, Unisys and FIS/Metavante; transforming their financial services businesses as clients transitioned to modern solutions.
David earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
Charlene Benn co-founded Corserv in 2009, and currently serves as Senior IT Advisor, providing guidance to the Company in the areas of technology and credit risk. She has held various executive positions at Corserv, including Chief Information Officer and Chief Risk Officer.
Prior to joining Corserv, she served in various leadership roles, including Associate Director, at Ernst & Young, Director of Systems Development at InfiCorp/First National Nebraska, and Senior Vice President, Credit Decisioning in the Bank Card Services division at Wachovia Bank/Wells Fargo. Ms. Benn began her career at SunTrust Bank, where she held various positions in Information Technology.
Charlene earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Georgia.
