1 – Getting Started with PCaaSA Custom Payment Card Issuing

CorServ PCaaSA

Payment Cards as a Service APIs (PCaaSA) enables innovators to create their payment card programs with ease, flexibility, and reliability.  Our advanced API technology empowers you to issue payment cards for your customers, whatever your business model. Our deep experience will ensure that you navigate easily through the typically complex process. Our in-depth analytics and reporting will provide you the insights that you need to make your card issuing program a profitable success.  We support single use pre-paid, re-loadable pre-paid, debit, and commercial charge cards.  Additional APIs supporting revolving credit cards are coming soon.

💬 Developer API

At its core, PCaaSA is a cloud-hosted API platform for payment card handling, with the underlying data structures defining which API calls are available and how to interact with them.  In the Data Structures area, you can dig into the core card issuing structures for accounts, account users, and payment instruments. These structures are then reflected in the API calls for integration and execution depending on the use case, such as bulk ordering a set of non-reloadable prepaid cards for use as gift cards, issuing a credit charge card for a company employee, or participating in cooperative authorization of a payment transaction. You can build your own user interfaces and business logic interfacing through our APIs.  Get started here: https://docs.pcaasa.com/docs

2 – Getting Started with Account Issuer Turnkey Credit Card Issuing

CorServ Partner Issuing Diagram
CorServ’s turnkey credit card Account Issuer program enables client banks to offer their own branded credit cards to their business and consumer customers.  Client Banks own the interchange, loan interest, and fee income but with a shared Sponsor Bank to support network sponsorship, risk, compliance, and servicing functions. Client Banks review/decision applications that do not reach an automated approval decision and have transparent access to program data and a servicing portal.

In the turnkey, cloud-hosted Account Issuer program, CorServ provides cardholder, business admin, and customer service user interfaces, application management, automated underwriting, reporting, and other features.  Most client banks use the turnkey Account Issuer program without change.  However, for those that want to access program data, build their own user interfaces, or otherwise interface with the program, developer APIs are available as described here.  Any API integration done by a Client Bank must be approved by the Sponsor Bank and tested with CorServ.

3 – Getting Started with Direct Issuer Credit Card Issuing

CorServ’s Direct Credit Card Issuing program enables our Client Banks to offer their own branded credit cards to business and consumer customers. In addition to credit card issuing technology, CorServ can provide credit policy, compliance, and disclosure templates.

Client Banks own the interchange, loan interest, and fee income with direct Network BIN ownership, risk, compliance, and servicing functions. CorServ can provide sample cardholder, business admin, and customer service user interfaces, application management, automated underwriting, reporting, and other features.  In our cloud-hosted  Direct Issuer platform, Client Banks can customize card products, change underwriting rules, develop their own user interfaces, review/decision applications that do not reach an automated approval decision, and own program data.
